What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
Delivery charges are based on 2-3 days shipping (next working day delivery available) within the UK and are calculated on the product purchased. For overseas orders please get in touch and we can quote deliver time and cost.

Do we deliver to outside the UK?
Yes we deliver to worldwide, so please get in touch via email (email@example.com) so that we can advise delivery charges to your location. Some of our products can be sourced outside of the UK through our international network, so best to get in contact and we can see what we can do.
Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
We accept bank transfer and all major credit cards as payment.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery is based on 2-3 working days (next working day delivery option available) for UK if in stock with local distribution, if there’s an issue with this timescale we will notify you.
How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?
We protect information using (SSL) secure socket layer encryption technology and control access via secure web pages. We use firewall and other security technologies to protect information from external hacking attacks.
What exactly happens after ordering?
An order confirmation will be emailed to you shortly after placing your order to confirm the products you have selected. Your order will be placed on hold until payment is received and an email confirmation will be sent to you once the order is ready to ship.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
A VAT invoice confirmation will be emailed, once your goods have shipped to your chosen address.
